也许你还没有意识到你拖延的有多么严重,到现在为止,迟迟没有做出转变性变革。

1. Fear of appearing weak, needy or incompetent.
害怕表现出软弱、需要,或害怕表现出不称职
Counter belief: You are not superhuman.
反驳信念:你不是超人。

3. Fear of the price, or the cost associated with paying someone to bail you out.
害怕偿还为救你而欠的钱或付出的代价。
Counter belief: How about fearing the cost of not changing?
反驳信念:你有多害怕不作出改变而付出的代价呢?
There is no such thing as a free lunch. Everything worth doing in life comes with a price.
